It's beautiful the way you have painted the moment of being connected to people and a thing that you all share a deep appreciation of. In the gallery the quiet connection between like minded souls and on court between a team and it's city.
Thanks for introducing a new-to-me artist! Her work is so deep, so rich, and you capture it so well. Watching Dort and Caruso menace the Pacers, you can really see how much of Ime’s shtick is a cover for what the Rockets lacked—no one on Houston (perhaps aside from Brooks as you note) has the same level of unmitigated and focused grit and grind. I hope the Rockets can evolve into an identity that fits a bit more naturally because they are such a fun squad and one of my fav League Pass teams from this season.
Did you just trick me into reading an essay about a brilliant artist I haven’t known about before by including some basketball? You sure did.
And I thoroughly enjoyed both parts. Thank you for YOUR expansiveness.

I had never heard of Dorothy Hood, amazingly, despite the fact that my mother was a painter. Thank you for that introduction, her work is spectacular.
Thank you! Really learnt something
Thank you so much for introducing me to this wonderful artist!
